This first floor, easy access, beautiful condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms all on the main level. With plenty of space for up to 6 family members or friends this is the perfect Home Base while you explore the Great Smoky Mountains!

A Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Non-Pet Friendly Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $300.00
We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
