Terrible and I fo not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The view

The room was very dirty. The linens smelled of bad odor and disgusting! Dishes were dirty, sticky and not usable. None of us could get a good nights sleep. We did NOT enjoy our stay. Most importantly, they took a $300 deposit, in addition to the room charge I already paid to Booking.com and I’m still waiting for the deposit refund. The guy on the phone said it will take 7 days for deposit refund. The room rate was NOT worth the stay, I am disappointed and dissatisfied with this and Booking.com let me down this time as opposed to my previous bookings (i.e. Italy was great).

Lovely apartment in a great location!

Nice apartment in a great location. Is equipped with everything you need, and has great restaurants downstairs. Definitely pay for the parking, otherwise you will have to walk a distance with your luggage. Great outdoor space with a view of the harbor. Quick drive to downtown Saint Tropez. Easy check in and check out. Host was quick to respond with questions.

2 small towels + 1 hand towel for 2 adults for 2 nights was poor. 2 coffee pods for same duration was disappointing. No hand soap was disappointing. No corkscrew and the cheapest utensils possible. If I paid full rate in the Summer, I would be even more disappointed. Saving grace was an amazing shower!

Mala experiencia

Las instalaciones del estudio.

Una vez que hice la reserva tuve que hacer un depósito de E 300. En ningún lado de booking lo menciona. 48 hr desde mi estancia aún no lo devuelve el propietario. Para entender dónde se ubica el apartamento y el estacionamiento es un problema. Está lejos de todo. La instalación del estudio es buena pero el stress que sufrí para llegar y luego para el estacionamiento, lo hecho todo a perder. Ni hablar del depósito que aún no llega a mi cuenta.

Пахнет сыростью, куча Комаров которые кусают по ночам.Бегают маленькие тараканы.Удержал частично депозит сославшись на то что чуть позже 11 часов выехали, будьте осторожны выезжайте сразу в 11 утра Не хотел писать отзыв но решил сделать доброе дело предупредить других путешественников

Kon pas sleutels krijgen na betaling van een borgsom, dit was niet van tevoren afgesproken! ondanks video instructie lastig om te vinden. Parkeren ver weg, dus lastig met bagage. Uitrusting OK maar minimaal. Een appartement in Frankrijk zonder kurketrekker? en maar 2 koffiecapsules? En extreem veel muggen maar geen muggenhorren

A FUIR!!!Impossible. De prendre livraison même apres avoir payer la location de l'appartement. Le montant de la caution etait a payer sur un site inconnu non sécurisé en dehors de Booking sans aucun contact visuel avec le loueur. Aucun appel du loueur apres de multiples tentatives téléphoniques pour un accord à l’amiable!

Eşim ve kızımla seyahatimizde sadece bir gece konaklama için sitedeki fotoğraflara kanıp rezervasyon yaptırmıştım ancak gittiğimizde fotoğrafdakilerle tamamen alakasız bir yer ile karşılaştık. Ne bir yönlendirme ne bir görevli mevcut değildi. Ek olarak tesise gittiğimizde 500 dolar gibi absürt bir miktarda depozito istendi. Burada ailemle kalmayacağımı belirttiğimizde de son derece saygısız bir üslupla herhangi bir iadenin olamayacağını söylediler ki değil kalmak odanın anahtarını bile alamadan ayrılmak zorunda kaldık. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem hatta uzak durulması gereken bir yer.

Appartement T1 spacieux, contemporain, soigné, bien agencé, très agréable et confortable, calme, avec une terrasse. Les + : lave-vaisselle et lit queen-size (160). Deco et vaisselle sympa.

Remarque parce que j’adore le soleil : L’appartement est exposé nord et ne bénéficie jamais du soleil. Heureusement, il est lumineux grâce à sa large baie vitrée mais on ne peut pas faire de bain de soleil sur la terrasse. La place de parking à proximité n’est pas comprise dans le tarif.

Alles. Als wir gegen 1900 Uhr angekommen sind war Niemand vor Ort. Wir hatten keine Appartements-Nr. beim Kauf bekommen. Als wir auf die Tf-Nr . mehrmals anrufen mussten meldete sich eine Frau und gab uns nach endlosen Diskussionen die Appartement-Nr. durch. Als wir im dunkeln endlich das Appartement gefunden hatten (keine Wegweisung) versuchten wir mit dem von Booking erhaltenen Code des Schlüsselfach zu öffnen. Auch dieses liess sich mit dem Code nicht öffnen. Wieder telefonierten wir einige Male bis die Frau abnahm. Sie erklärte und, dass wir 300 Euro bezahlen müssen für den Code. Dies machten wir nicht, worauf wir auf Hotelsuche gehen mussten. Schlussendlich hatten wir dann gegen 2300 Uhr ein Zimmer gefunden. Das Appartement ist mit Hotel/Appartement bei Booking angeboten mit Anreisezeit bis 0030 Uhr. Vor Ort ist aber keine Rezeption noch eine zuständige Person angetroffen worden. In einen nahegelegenen Restaurant konnten wir mit 2 Angestellten diskusstieren. Nach ihrer Aussage kommen solche Vorkommnisse öfters vor.

Très bien.

Établissement très propre et bien équipé. La vue est magnifique. C’était un plaisir de se réveiller en face de la mer dans ce calme si reposant. (séjour hors période estivale) Avantages: - parking gratuit sur les lieux - plage - les restaurant le petit sushi, le bois flotté, Via marine pour dîner - la boulangerie le comptoir des marines pour le petit déjeuner Tous ses lieux sont dans la marina on peut donc s’y rendre tranquillement à pied.

Rien, quelques moucherons, mais on y fait vite abstraction.
