The flat is equipped with everything you need and it puts incredibly a lot in a small apartment. The location is right at the starting point to the hiking trail up to the Fjellheisen with the magnific view over Tromsø area and from the garden, you have a nice view as well. We were here with our child and if you want to have it quite cost efficient, you can have 3-4 persons in there (don't expect it to be spaceious anymore). The family hosting was quite nice.
We did not have a rental car from the beginning and Google maps brought us to the wrong bus station so that we needed to climp up with our suitcases, but that's avoidable. It's not in the city center, you need a 40 min walk to come there.

屋主規定極嚴，要求行李輪子要乾淨。進屋前卻是一個碎石泥土路的陡坡非常險峻，不利搬運行李及容易滑倒。太太卻在門口清潔輪子被20公分高的門擋絆倒致手臂骨折。傳訊息給樓上房東只拿到打不通電話。只好搜尋急診自行前往。更讓人心寒的是屋主在就診前及半夜綁著固定帶急診歸來出來牽狗面對受傷房客-都視若無睹，如此對住宿客人極度冷漠的態度令人非常失望，不推薦！
