Great location cross the road from Macca's great spa and rooms spacious. Heating was awesome in both rooms!

Condensation in bathroom was amence and one broken electric blankets in the single beds room .aerial in second room played up on tv . Found smelly socks in wardrobe cupboard and rubbish behind couch. In lounge the light is behind tv not ideal.

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The motel was close to restaurant and pub.

Did not see any staff. We had a code sent to my phone to let us in the room. The bathroom was spacious but the shower was over the spa and the floor got soaked as there was no shower curtain. After I dried myself I had to use the towel to dry the floor. The stairs to the first floor where dangerous, the carpet covering them is coming away at different points so I had to be very careful that my shoes did not get caught up in the tears. Accidents waiting to happen. Definitely would not stay there again.

Location was perfect. We were going to Sovereign Hill for the day so very happy with it all. We can't comment on staff as we saw or spoke to no one. Check-in codes were text to us and we left swipe card in room when leaving. It was all very convenient and easy. Great way to do it, thank you. We would stay here again.

Size of the room was great

Poor communication from the property. Sent messages through bookings portal that were not responded to. The room we stayed in had a bathtub in the bathroom but we were not able to use it as the tap had been removed. Called reception as I could not go over to see them as they were closed at 3pm so called and got no answer. When they called back I was told that even though there was a bathtub in the room it was not included in my booking.
