Que tuviera jardincito y el sistema de calefacción/aire acondicionado.
Es un poco oscuro y se oyen mucho los ruidos del desagüe de los vecinos de arriba.

The host, Arantxa, was always available for questions and requests. The location is very convenient (five minutes on foot to the nearest beach), and it's also very close to the estate pool (which is big and nice). We had a great stay, the A/C worked like a charm.
