SF Apartamento céntrico con terraza

Muy espacioso, con camas y almohadas cómodas. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia prolongada, incluyendo una cafetera que prepara un café excelente. Su ubicación es céntrica y tranquila, y si vienes en coche, encontrarás aparcamiento privado en las inmediaciones.

No estaba tan limpio como esperábamos y tampoco había escobas para limpiarlo. Además, no nos gustó que no hubiera suficiente papel higiénico y jabón, así que tuvimos que comprarlo.

Gute Raumaufteilung, nette Terrasse, gemütlich und funktional. Das Appartement war perfekt für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt in Terrassa. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, gleich um die Ecke gibt es eine Boulangerie, die auch am Sonntag geöffnet hat. Auf der Terrasse gibt es eine Wäscheleine.

Die Sicherung ist leider immer gesprungen, als wir die Waschmaschine angeschaltet haben. Es hat schließlich mit einem Kaltwaschprogramm funktioniert. Es gab zwar Unmengen an Pfannen und Töpfen, aber keinen Wasserkocher.

The property is exactly as it looks in the pictures. No surprise there.

The pin to hold up the shower hose was broken hence could not be kept up on the wall. Also, I stayed two nights and each night an alarm went off at 5am for 30 in someone’s house in the neighborhood. At 10pm one night there was also a fire alarm buzzing for 60min in a neighborhood house.

The location, it was quite and private, the host was responsive.

The main issue we had is the bathroom, it smells like sewage and it was really difficult to be at the flat, the host apologies as they said they haven't had a report about it before, but there is a big leaking on the ceiling of the bathroom and doesn't have a window and the extractor doesn't work. The hot water runs out quite quickly so we have to take cold showers. The flat is on the 3rd floor without lift and the stairs are quite narrow so think about the luggage. The internal community areas inside the building are in quite poorly conditions. In the flat there are fixtures everywhere from stuff that fall apart. The patio door won't shut and lock meaning the property is insecure.
