Staff was very friendly! Hit a small hiccup when we arrived after the store had closed for the night where we were supposed to check in, but we called the phone number for security and they came within 10 minutes with our key as they were expecting us.
It was a Beautiful room and it was in the middle of all the activities and shops we visited so it a great "base" to work from. Enjoyed our time there and would definitely rebook when we come for another visit!
