Location was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Amenities were great and the games room was very nice

The shower pressure wasn't that great and it was a bit annoying having to type in your pin when you wanted to go into the main facilities (we were in room 4)

The property is fairly convenient to reach by car, and parking is available. However, it is quite far from public transport, so having a car is strongly recommended. Walking to the train or bus areas would be very inconvenient. Check-in was quick and fully automated through a self-service kiosk, which was efficient and modern. Access to the rooms and the building is via codes, which is practical and easy. The common areas are spacious and well designed. The laundry facilities were functional, although again cleanliness could be improved. Parking was convenient.

The overall atmosphere is quite dated, with a heavy wood style that feels somewhat like an old mountain lodge or base camp setting. This may appeal to some guests, but the interiors definitely feel old and would benefit from renovation and more thorough cleaning. The room itself was not spotless and overall cleanliness could have been improved. Temperature control was complicated and outdated. The heating system consists of ceiling vents that you manually open or close, and they are positioned so high that you need to stand on a chair to adjust them. As someone 175 cm tall, I could not reach them without climbing up. It felt impractical. What negatively impacted our stay the most was the staff interaction and emergency management. I contacted the property via WhatsApp to ask for clarification on how to use the laundry. It may have been my mistake for not fully understanding the instructions posted, but the reply I received was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. During the night, around 5–6 am, the fire alarm went off. All guests rushed outside in the cold without any guidance. We remained outside for several minutes until the alarm stopped, and people eventually started going back inside without any official communication. Later, it became clear that the alarm had been triggered by a guest using deodorant. However, regardless of the cause, there was no clear communication, no proper emergency management. Since the property is remotely managed, I contacted them to ask whether it was safe to re-enter. Initially, I was told that no staff were on site and that a guest was handling the situation. Later, I was told that a staff member was present. In any case, no instructions were given to guests at any point. Professional and clear communication is essential in situations like this. Unfortunately, the tone of the replies we received was disappointing, and based on that experience, I wouldn’t be surprised if the response to this review reflects the same approach.
