La posizione, nei pressi del centro storico di Sutri. Le dimensioni dell'appartamento, anche se i due piani non sono il massimo della praticità, però basta sistemarsi dove c'è la camera da letto e utilizzare la sala da pranzo di sotto, solo al bisogno. I doppi servizi.
La mancanza dell'aria condizionata, anche se la casa è grande, ormai non se ne può più fare a meno. La pulizia: nel letto ci ho trovato resti degli ospiti precedenti.

Haus auf 2 Etagen mit 3 Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer, große Küche (voll eingerichtet), 2 Badezimmer. Alles top sauber, gepflegt, neu renoviert. Lage im Ortskern, Zufahrt nicht möglich/nicht empfehlenswert, besser Auto auf Parkplatz lassen. Preis/Leistung sehr gut.
