The location was very convenient, with easy access to the lake and the marina. It made getting on the water and enjoying the area quick and hassle-free. The small kitchenette was nice to have in the room.
There was a cockroach in the kitchen, although I understand that being so close to the lake can make the occasional bug unavoidable. The only other issue was that the air conditioning unit blew directly onto the bed, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. Aside from those minor concerns, the stay was enjoyable.
