Luxury APT 3BR l New Tower & Parking l Mamad

Location was good for me because my family lives close by so it was easy to commute while visiting. The apartment is well equipped with everything needed for a small family. I liked the AC and the beds they were really comfortable

Check in process was a bit challenging because there wasn't a video showing how to open the lockbox and I figured it out by myself but the support was great. The silverware was old and had a lot of wear and tear so even in a clean state it wasn't pleasant to eat like that but that is a really minor fault and might have brought a new set if I were to ask from the host

Modern, bright, clean and spacious apartment, with great views from balcony. Centrally located to travel across Israel, close to great cafes and restaurants, grocery shopping, public transport. In a new area of Or Yehuda (lower Tel Hashomer) with many gardens and parkland. Apartment had Shabbat Kit (hot plate with hot water urn) and block has a Shabbat Lift. Parking in apartment worked well (as was difficult to find on street parking). Hosts were very responsive to our enquiries.

Приезжали на неделю к родственникам, выбрала размещение в соседнем от них доме, поэтому для меня все было супер удобно. Квартира большая, чистая, все необходимое было. Мне очень понравилось. Шикарный балкон с видом на Тель Авив. Вокруг кафе, супермаркеты.

К сожалению, воспользовались веревками для сушки за окном - они оказались грязными и одежда безвозвратно испорчена :(. Отстирать следы так и не смогли

Nice new comfortable and clean apartment with all necessary accommodations such as full kitchen stuff, laundry, WI-FI, etc. Excellent view from balcony :). We felt very secure staying there. Available parking space and elevators. Nice location, parks and recreation area nearby. Car is recommended as no easy walking distance to the stores and restaurants

Some minor suggestions for improvement: - Better communication with owner on the day/time of arrival. - Add more storage for hanging clothes in smaller bedrooms. - Add a nightstand in small bedroom. - Add outlets close to nightstands
