l'agencement de la villa, un extérieur pour les enfants .
Zéro accueil .. nous avons décalé notre arrivée car la propriétaire n'était pas disponible à 16h. Nous sommes arrivés à 16h40 avons appelé et laisser des messages AUCUN RETOUR ... nous avons attendu jusqu'à 17h35 !! Dimanche soir, Netflix ne fonctionnait pas , nous avons envoyé un message à 18h08 ...réactivité à 20h48 ..les enfants étaient couché . Service fantôme. Pour l'état de sortie, par contre elle était bien à l'heure mais aucun geste n'a été fait pour rattraper les erreurs .
