It was clean and nicely decorated. Lived the balcony and upstairs roof garden. It was perfectly situated.

Beds are always subjective, but unfortunately both beds were extremely firm, and one was very squeaky which made for a poor night’s sleep. The directions from the train station could also be improved, particularly for arrivals at night. The lockbox was quite difficult to locate in the dark, which made check-in more frustrating than it needed to be. More broadly, while having a management company operate short-stay accommodation can work well, the better compnaie put themselves in the guest’s shoes and think about the overall experience rather than simply doing the minimum required. There are a few relatively small improvements here that would make a noticeable difference for guests.
