Excellent location with plenty of excellent bars and cafes nearby. Within walkable distance to Perpignan's attractions and about 20 minutes' walk from the train station. The studio is spacious and cool and the bathroom and shower work very well - with lovely soft towels provided. The air conditioning machine was a great relief as I visited Perpignan during a heatwave.
There is no WiFi in the studio.

Idéalement situé en plein centre historique, à 2 secondes de la place des loges. Logement très propre et fonctionnel. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.
Les voisins du logement étaient bruyants en rentrant au petit matin.

El edificio es muy antiguo, zona común con paredes agrietadas, humedades y un olor horrible. Discoteca, pub o "zona de tentaciones" al lado de la portería. Sin ascensor, sin zona de aparcamiento en la puerta. Aparcamiento a 10 minutos a pie en zona azul. Habitación con polvo en la decoración, zona de cuberteria muy sucia, no hay productos nuevos de higiene y limpieza para lavar los utensilios. Hace mucho calor. Hay una ventana que da a la escalera y entra luz. Ducha sin mampara. Entras a través de códigos como si fuera un Escape Room.
