Could have been much better.

We stayed several miles outside Strasbourg, about a 15-minute walk from a rather frequent tram. The house was in a very quiet area and could be nice to stay in.

We received no info on how to get into the house, and it took the owner a few hours to get back to us. The place, oddly, had particle board floors (like sub-flooring), kitchen table, some doors, etc, as if the place is only half done. But the worst was the stairs! There is a steep winding staircase to the first floor (bedroom, bathroom). It has a very loose rope to hold on to. But there is a steep ladder to the next floor (bedroom), that is fairly dangerous. It is very hard to carry any luggage up these stairways, and there is a lot of potential danger for older folks and children. Also, several lights were out and we only got one roll of toilet paper.

Voornamelijk houten afwerking qua muren etc. Ziet er cosy uit. Goede ligging. Auto kon achter het hek worden geparkeerd op de binnenplaats.

Parking pratique dans la cour. Emplacement est calme et proche de Strasbourg et de la ligne de tram F qui nous y emmène

Notre hôte : Nous ne l'avons jamais vu. Lorsque je l'ai informé de la panne du micro-onde par SMS, il n'a pas répondu. On a été obligés de se débrouiller autrement. Le logement : On a l'impression que les travaux d'aménagement ne sont pas terminés. Tous les murs du logement et cloisons sont en planches disjointes REZ DE CHAUSSÉE Rez-de-chaussée mal isolé (on sent un courant d'air quand on est assis sur le canapé) Éclairage : 3 ampoules HS sur 7 Manquent 2 poignées de placard. Manque vaisselle (pas de saladier, pas de petit récipient pour cuisson au four) Robinet de l'évier désolidarisé de l'évier et inversé (eau chaude-eau froide) Four micro-onde HS Table à manger et étagères en OBS (panneaux bois en grosses particules) ÉTAGES Les 2 "escaliers" sont dangereux : Le 1er est étroit et en colimaçon. Le 2ème est très raide. Tous les planchers sont en OSB impossible de marcher pieds nus (échardes) Aucune porte de ferme de l'extérieur (WC, salle de bains, chambre) et elles grincent Poubelle salle de bains non vidée après le passage du précédent locataire Propreté des draps du lit 1er étage douteuse

Très bon rapport qualité prix, très agréable

Logement propre. Bien chauffé dès notre arrivée . Dispose de 2 vrais lits et le couchage supplémentaire avec le canapé convertible. Literie confortable

Manque quelques crochets aux volets mais pas d’incidence sur la qualité de le nuit

Peut-être bien pour un jeune couple de touristes, mais pas pour moi.

Les équipements sont fonctionnels et l'ensemble est globalement assez confortable.

Le tout a été rénové à grand coup de plaque d'OSB. Même la table est une plaque. Je me suis mis plusieurs fois des échardes dans les doigts. Il manquait la télécommande du portail. Etant ouvert toute la journée, je ne me suis pas inquiété. Le soir, il s'est fermé automatiquement et je me suis retrouvé enfermé dehors obligé de sauter par dessus. Le gestionnaire, ne m'en à amené un double que le lendemain soir avec retard alors qu'il m'avait dit qu'il le déposerait le midi. Impossible de se garer dans la cours en journée car les employés du cabinet d'a coté occupent toutes les places. Vous êtes obligé de tourner dans les rues d'à coté.
