The apartment is just at the sea side and a 15 min drive to waterfront. There are many bars and restaurants close by. The apartment is comfortable and very modern.

The location, the convenience, the facilities, the uninterrupted power, comfort , views, cleanliness, the quality of the finishes

Parking . Would be better to have a designated parking space

The locations ideal , it’s on the beach having access to a private beach , the most gorgeous sunset views , close to shopping centers , very safe and secure , the convenience of having the inverter, supplying uninterrupted power during load shedding , convenience of the unit having all the amenities needed (dishwasher , washing machine , dryer etc ) Fully Functional self catering unit. An Airy , open , spacious unit. The host were accommodating to check in and check out requirements , We’ve had to extend our stay and they gladly assisted.

The unit didn’t have a dedicated parking bay under cover / basement area. so that caused a-bit of an inconvenience coming in late with sleeping kids or shopping parcels. The main en-suite would’ve been more suited if it had a queen or king sized bed. Perhaps have a fitted washing line at the rear entrance of the unit for clothing that requires sun drying.
