Paraíso Azul

La communication avec l'hôte a été excellente et très facile : elle s'est montrée très arrangeante en nous permettant d'entrer dans les lieux quelques heures avant l'heure prévue. L'arrivée s'est faite sans souci grâce à la boîte à clés simple à trouver. Côté pratique, l'accès au logement est très facile et la présence d'un parking (intérieur et extérieur) est un vrai plus pour la voiture. Le cadre est idéal : le logement est très calme, idéalement situé tout près de la plage et des magasins, et dispose d'un ascenseur. Le véritable coup de cœur reste la terrasse avec sa vue mer exceptionnelle, équipée de stores/lames orientables très pratiques pour se protéger du soleil.

Le seul bémol concerne la salle de bain : il y avait de mauvaises odeurs [de canalisation] et l'air y reste très confiné en raison d'un manque de ventilation

La sombrilla de la azotea estaba rota, no llegaron a arreglarla o cambiarla durante la estancia.

The wording around the security deposit was misunderstood and i was mistakenly under the impression that i could pay the deposit on arrival which cased some issues when we first arrived but we were helped immensely by our local contact Alicia to get the deposit paid and start our holiday. The basin in the bathroom is not attached to the worktop which caught us out first time we used it. Couldn't find a knife sharpener, which was definitely needed

- swimming pool which supposed to be our main attraction was closed. We were told it's closed for the cleaning and maintenance until end of our stay. Booking.com description clearly say it is open all year. We were very disappointed - ants in the kitchen - the lock in the kitchen window and the sliding door in the living room were faulty so the door could be easily open from outside
