Na duży plus zasługuje czystość i komfort apartamentu. Mieszkanie było bardzo dobrze wyposażone – dostępne było wszystko, czego można potrzebować podczas pobytu: suszarka do włosów, suszarka na pranie, a także wyposażenie plażowe, takie jak parawan, leżaki i parasol. Dzięki temu pobyt był bardzo wygodny i bezproblemowy.
Najbardziej uciążliwym problemem podczas pobytu były mrówki. Rozumiem, że czasami trudno całkowicie się ich pozbyć, jednak ich liczba była momentami naprawdę duża. Zdarzało się, że dosłownie opanowywały kuchnię oraz podłogę, co znacząco obniżało komfort pobytu.

Cieknący w wielu miejscach sufit i zalany korytarz utrudniający dojście do mieszkania. Trwający w czasie pobytu remont w budynku.
