Le confort du lit, le calme, la climatisation, la place du parking (pas toujours très facile à s'y mettre)
l'équipement de la cuisine à minima (pas de torchons qui essuient notamment), la vétusté de la douche (fissure, moisissures), planche des toilettes non fixée, manque d'adaptateurs de prise (les étrangers n'en ont pas), une lampe de chevet ne fonctionnant pas, les portes du vaisseliers non réglées

Monolocale pulito e ben organizzato. Climatizzato. Angolo cottura dotato di tutto ciò che necessita. Molto gradito aver trovato una bottiglia d'acqua fresca nel frigo e le capsule per il caffè. Letto comodo. Bagno ampio e ben disposto. Posto auto in cortile privato
L'accesso al cortile ed al posto auto può risultare difficoltoso per auto di dimensioni un po' più grandi e l'illuminazione del cortile stesso e delle scale esterne potrebbe essere migliorata.

We had a very pleasant stay at Il Tulipano. The location is excellent and very easy to find, which made our arrival stress-free. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and quiet, allowing us to rest well. A great bonus is parking. There is also a very good pizzeria right next door and a lovely bar nearby, making it easy to enjoy meals and drinks without having to travel far. Overall, a great place to stay, and we would happily recommend it to others visiting the area.
