Tutto. Il giardino curatissimo, il portico, le terrazze, l'arredamento curato, la disponibilità di biancheria da casa di ricambio negli armadi, la macchinetta per il caffè, la lavatrice, tutto perfetto. Un piccolo problema con l'aria condizionata subito risolto dai proprietari, gentilissimi. Stavros, la persona di riferimento, rispondeva ad ogni piccola richiesta quasi istantaneamente.

Nulla. L'unica cosa: è utile avere un mezzo proprio, perché un po' fuori dai percorsi principali, noi avevamo noleggiato l'auto ed è stato perfetto.

The home is beautiful. The veranda upstairs and downstairs were nice to hang out. 2 bathrooms were ideal for a big family. Quiet street, good location in Kos and not far from town with a car 5mins. The Communication with Starvos and the owner next door was helpful and great. Anything we needed she came to help. The washing machine is easy to use and was so convenient. Shared driveway, which is big enough for 2 cars. Kitchen had everything we needed. Showers and water flow is great.

We didn't find the beds comfortable at all, the mattress even though only 3yrs old was thin and hard, we put as many spare blankets we had to soften when we laid on it. The loungeroom could benefit from a big, soft corner lounge. We had to sit in dining or outdoor chairs if we all wanted to watch a movie together so it wasn't very comfortable. The fold our lounge was small and uncomfortable. The air-conditioning unit is not strong enough for the size the house is. There is one air-conditioning unit in every bedroom and one in the loungeroom but the space is shared with the kitchen so a big area and the air- condition unit wasn't cooling to our liking, it stayed on 16-19 degrees and the room temperature was always at 23 degrees BUT in saying that we were fine for 2 weeks.
