Great value for money close to everything

Nice quiet area. Huge apartment. Hosts have a small shop on the premises. We had a beautiful view of the lagoon. Everything was clean.

Shower needs to be a little bigger and the shower curtain a little longer - gets a bit wet in there! Mattress could've been a little firmer.

A quiet stay in Ksamil

The villa is located quite far from the centre but it is my favourite area ,so l always try to find somewhere to stay around here and walk as much as possible.From pluses:green territory ,a few tables comfortably placed in the garden .The owners obviously have a shop where you can buy small stuff and needs.There is a nice little balcony from the room with a table and chairs ,so you may spend nice time breathing fresh air of Ksamil there .It is easy to reach the centre as there is direct road down the street .The owner speaks English and you feel comfortable.The bed linen is clean and made of cotton .They also provide two towels for the hands and the shower one .The owner is friendly and the check in was easy and fast.The room was not hot at all ,l even used the blanket which was thoughtfully provided in the room as well. I have also seen some photos with served breakfast ,means you may ask the owner for the morning meal for extra pay.And a separate admiration goes to very famous Albanian hospitality :the owner knocked my door and brought lunch as a treat .It was very delicious and really nice of them . The villa is listed as Villa Festim Ksamil in Google maps.

The minuses are really minor and can be easily resolved with an owner )

We arrived quite late but we even got a bigger appartement than we had booked. Super friendly staff! Accommodation has everything you need for your trip. Would recommend it!

Très bon séjour

Chambre spacieuse et avec une jolie vue pour le dernier étage. La salle de bain, la cuisine et les lits et draps étaient très propres. Pour la cuisine il y a de quoi se faire à manger et il y a un frigo. C'est un endroit calme et pas très loin de plages et commerces. Il y a de quoi garer sa voiture en bas. Bon rapport qualité-prix J'ai passé un très bon séjour

La taille de l'appartement - la propreté irréprochable - la douche excellente - l'espace extérieur - le calme - une cuisine très bien équipée

- l'emplacement un peu en hauteur et éloigné - l'absence de conseils des hôtes - une TV qui ne marchait pas
