Stay connected with high-speed wifi throughout the house, perfect for those who need to stay connected while on vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware and utensils you need to whip up your favorite meals. And if you're in the mood for a barbecue, you can take advantage of the outdoor BBQ grill in the back yard. Our home is conveniently located just minutes from the city of Rutland and the Rutland Regional Medical Center, making it the perfect choice for families and groups who need to be close to the city for work or medical purposes. House Layout:
This is a one floor, single-family home and sleeps 6 people total. There are two parking spaces in the driveway and a semi-fenced in yard with BBQ grill. You're located in Rutland, Vermont and close to everything including the Rutland Regional Medical Center two minutes away.

House Rules:
• Please be sure that you have entered the correct number of guests as we may have a per-person per-night surcharge to cover expenses. You can contact us for a custom quote before booking.
• Our minimum rental age is 25.
• We will provide you with access codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and check out.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke on the outdoor deck. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
• You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking.
• For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the outside of the house. There are no cameras in any of the living areas.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We may use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• Fireworks are not permitted.
• Pets are considered with payment of a non-refundable $155 pet fee.
• EV charging is available. We have a $20/day charge for this service. Please contact us for details and instructions.
• Please be advised that this property utilizes a ladder to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you are agreeing to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the use of the ladder.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.)
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
