Stayed previously. Location, size, layout fantastic. Great communication around check in and check out procedures.

Mentioned from previous stay, around a year ago, no plug provided for kitchen sink. This wastes water unnecessarily, and has still not been attended to Hot water erratic. Extractor fan in bathroom not working. Host very quick to respond but, unfortunately, fix unable to be implemented during our stay. These are only minor giggles, but could impact stay. Would happily stay again - but would appreciate a kitchen sink plug.

The property was in a perfect location, with the cut through you can walk to the shopping centre in 5 mins, there is a corner shop across the road which is great for the last minute things you forget. The flat was warm and comfortable and had everything we could need.

The property owner is a Very humble and helpful person. He has provided everything in apartment.

Walking distance from train station, good connections to London central. Plenty of parking. Friendly neighbours. Felt safe. Small but comfortable living room. Basic new furnishings throughout. Looked newly done up. Clean apart from mold in bathroom. Clean, new bedding and towels.

Right next to railway line, noisy trains day and night. Beds not suitable for adults, only small children. Three small single beds with spring bases and very thin mattresses. One single bed in single room and two single beds in double room. We had camping mattresses in the car which we put on top of the beds, making it possible to sleep. If not for that, the beds would have been awful to sleep on, with springs digging in. No way good enough for tired travellers and not fair for the money charged. Until we thought of the camping mattresses it was distressing to think of trying to sleep on those painful little beds. There was a lot of black mold around the bath/shower which smelled strongly of mold in the air. We kept the door to the bathroom shut and spent as little time in there as possible, so as not to breathe it in. The toilet was also in there, so unavoidable. We complained on the booking.com site. The owner replied saying he didn't know and would have it removed. The stovetop is induction, new and clean but difficult to operate, we googled it but still found it difficult. No instructions anywhere visible. Inadequate kitchen untensils and crockery. Just a pit-stop
