The location is very nice and the property itself feels quiet and serene. There are loads of room and many rooms have tubs and large washrooms, so it’s ideal for a large group (20+ ideally). The property manager is nice to talk to and has good recommendations. There is also free water.
It is too expensive for the amenities. It is run by a company, so they try to charge for each and everything. One small pencil sized hole due to us and they made us pay 4800 baht for that. They have very strict rules and want everything as it is without any party or loud music. This definitely is party villa but they have all rules against that so that they extract money from you under that pretext.
