Państwo prowadzący obiekt są bardzo mili i uczynni. Lokalizacja to 11pkt w skali do 10 i do tego darmowy parking gdzie całe Cieplice są płatne. Brak telewizora nie przeszkadza a wręcz przeciwnie sprzyja dłuższym spacerom i ciszy w hotelu.

Świetna lokalizacja do pieszych spacerów po Cieplicach, jak i wyjazdów na dalsze wycieczki. Bezpłatny parking pod samym obiektem. Śniadania we własnym zakresie, ale do dyspozycji ładna duża jadalnia z pełnym wyposażeniem kuchennym. W najbliższej okolicy dwie lokalne piekarnie ze świerzym pieczywem.

Przesympatyczni właściciele emanujący pozytywną energią. Bardzo pomocni i gościnni. Chapeau bas za ich charyzmę, dbałość o pokoje i budynek. Można się tam poczuć jak w domu. Wspaniałe miejsce na odpoczynek i wypady do okolicznych miejscowości i w góry.
