It was very nice ,comfortable and clean 2 sleeping room apartment. Hosts very friendly and helpfull. Suggested places where you can go and which cities to visit . Surroundings is peacefull and very beautiful! You are in narure and water all around! So much options to go and do around that even with 2 night stay is not enought! If you wanna rent this apartment- sure for a week atleast! A lot to see and do! Not even talking that you can visit Belgium and Germany wery easaly ,because its couple of kilometers away. Rent apartment and enjoy! Our family is very satisfied with stay!

Location was phenomenal. Peaceful and beautiful location, amazing walks, bakery and onscreen shop on your doorstep. Use of full faculty including garden with chess board. The host was incredible. He was such a wonderfully humorous character.

First and foremost, the location of the apartment is excellent. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it offers a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. The apartment itself was cozy and well-maintained. The aesthetic was homely and inviting, with thoughtfully selected furnishings that added to the overall charm. It had all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay.

The kind host, the spacious apartment and the location. The host was very kind and welcoming. The apartment had everything we needed and we slept wonderfully. The location is close to the a2 for easy access but far enough that in the evening when you take a walk, you hear the nearby water stream and the crickets chirping.

Een gezellig warm bad met een gastvrije gezellige gastheer!

We hadden de volledige bovenverdieping voor onszelf. Jan was heel gastvrij en deed er alles aan om het ons naar de zin te maken. We hebben het heerlijk gehad en komen zeker terug. We hebben Limburgse gastvrijheid en een stukje carnaval mee mogen maken.

Er was niets wat ons niet beviel maar een kookplaatje of een eierkoker zou niet gek zijn. Alhoewel we met de hulp van Jan toch van onze scrambled eggs konden genieten 😊

Het was een prettig verblijf met een zeer vriendelijke enthousiaste host.

Laut. Rauchgestank. Klo auf dem Flur, nicht abgetrennt von der anderen Wohnung.

Leider kann ich keine Positiven Erfahrungen bewerten, denn diese hatten wir nicht. Es wurde als FerienWOHNUNG deklariert, dabei ist es lediglich das Obergeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses OHNE Zwischentür oder Abtrennung. Die einzelnen Zimmer sind abschließbar, aber sie ist nicht getrennt von dem Untergeschoss wo ebenfalls Gäste sind. Die Gäste unter uns waren extrem laut wodurch wir nicht zur Ruhe kamen und vorzeitig abgereist sind (wir hatten eine Nacht gebucht und diese nicht dort verbracht). Die Räume rochen stark nach kaltem Rauch obwohl die Zimmer als Nichtraucherzimmer angegeben sind, für Leute mit Asthma absolut ungeeignet! Desweiteren war es sehr unsauber und heruntergekommen. Wir sprachen mit dem Hausherr Jan dieser war sehr uneinsichtig und wollte uns unsere Erfahrungen und unser Empfinden absprechen und hat das Geld behalten. Wir haben nun rechtliche Schritte eingeleitet da die Wohnung nicht als Ferienwohnung angeboten werden darf ohne dass eine abschließbare Tür vorhanden ist.

Jan is een fijne, vriendelijke en rustige man. We hebben als gezin zeker genoten van onze nacht daar. De bedden waren zalig. Als we nog eens in de buurt zijn, gaan we zeker terug langs! Groeten Piet, Kirsten, Kima en Reindert.

Jammer dat we er maar 1 nachtje verbleven!

We hadden het appartement/ kamer met 2 slaapkamers op de bovenverdieping. Er is voldoende ruimte voor 4 volwassenen dus met 2 stellen zou kunnen. Slaapkamers zijn ruim met goede bedden, woonkamer met comfortabele stoelen en een bank. Ook heeeeel fijn, de horren voor de ramen. In de keuken is geen kookstel, maar verder alles wat je nodig hebt (logisch voor een B&B). Een heel ruime badkamer. Wifi is oké. Leuke tuin. Aardige en behulpzame host. De veerpont (fiets) is heel dichtbij en helemaal gratis, hartstikke leuk(wel even op de site kijken)! Rustige omgeving.

Mooie locatie aan een rustige weg. Gelegen in een mooi stukje Nederlands Limburg. Alles netjes, schoon en verzorgd. Een gastheer en vrouw die weten wat gastvrijheid is. Ideale uitvalbasis voor wandelingen, fietstochten en tripjes. Heerlijk een ambachtelijk bereid ijsje eten bij Laaker Boere Ies of dineren bij Knaag & Co. Heerlijke broodjes van de warme bakker. Alles op loopafstand! Wij komen er zeker nog eens terug.

Het was goed geregeld en prima ontbijt. De fietsen mochten veilig binnen in een ruimte staan en konden worden opgeladen.

Er staan diverse keukenspullen/ apparatuur in de badkamer. Lijkt ons niet heel veilig, vochtige ruimte met apparatuur. TIP:Men zou bv de zitbank weg kunnen halen en daar een keukenhoekje maken.
