About this apartment rental

The apartment is part of a larger building located in a residential area, on a calm street isolated from the main road. Spotless sleeping accommodation with all modern conveniences, and tastefully decorated. The apartment features a double bedroom with a balcony and a bedroom with two single beds. We also have a 2-seater sofa bed and an additional bed. At your disposal, there is a barbecue area with a table and chairs. An office nook and Wi-Fi are also available. Flat screen LCD TV and TNT channels are available. Private parking and bicycles are at your disposal. Sheets and bathroom linen are provided. Charges depend on the duration and number of people. The price may change depending on the season. A deposit and a security deposit are required (we return them at the end of your stay).

We were attending the Dance World Cup in nearby Offenburg and decided to stay in Strasbourg. The apartment was easy to locate but the drive to the on-site parking is a bit tight. The owner, who claims to speak many languages manages this feat with an App on his mobile phone so something was lost in the translation. Although we were out a lot of the time, the owner did express some concerns about noise so we were, not literally, walking on egg shells even though the owner and residents in the flat above made some noise of their own. Kitchen equipment was sparse but adequate but no large glasses for beer. Not the greatest apartment but it was adequate for our purposes and the price reflects this. The location is good for the city centre - we used the Tram P+R (€4.10 for up to 7 people) a couple of times to get into Strasbourg. The local Simply supermarket came in handy.

"The flat was spacious, very liveable, spotlessly clean and has been renovated with great care. It would be perfect for a family; for a single person it was simply luxurious! The owners, who live in the flat below, were unfailingly helpful. Buses to town are frequent and quick (the best-served stop is 'Capucins', though 'Romains' is closer and right next to a good bakery). I had worried that living out of town might be a problem, but it turned out to be a pleasure."

"Hardly 5 minutes of bus from the center of Strasburgo, the house is in a graceful and calm residential context. The recent restructure of the mansion has rendered our vacation still more comfortable.The equipments are of optimal quality. There is all the one which servants and the extraordinary availability of the owners has revealed a precious resource and source of great serenity for the best resolution of the vacation. In the outskirtses, to little steps on foot from the room there is a large Market them where it's found indeed of all, and then many small storees where to find the indispensable one. We could not find better. We advise lively this apartment to the next hosts!"

"What a great week! A place to recommend to everybody! Everything is so clean and the house decoration is very pleasant. The landlords are really nice persons and they are always concerned with the lodgers comfort. Interesting details on the kitchen: we have pepper, salt, oil, etc. Everything is prepared in order to make us feel at home. If you have children, there are also a baby chair, a baby bed and a baby bath. It’s great! The flat is placed in a residential quarter, very quiet, at a short distance to downtown. It is also close to the pharmacy, the supermarket, the pastry and the stationer’s. We can rest and sleep well at night. In the building were only us upstairs and the owners downstairs. If we visit again Strasbourg, we will surely stay again in this place. Obrigado aos proprietarios muito simpaticos e portugueses como nos."

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Der Vermieter wohnt auch im Haus und hat alles ausführlich erklärt. Die Küchenausstattung passte, alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Zu beachten ist, dass alte Türen vorhanden sind, die teilweise etwas schwer ins Schloss gehen. Man muss sie immer sorgfältig schließen, damit sie geschlossen bleiben. Aber dafür sind sie eben alt und passen zu dem gesamten Ambiente. Die Wohnung kann man jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

La description de l'annonce pour l'appartement est correcte sauf l'emplacement: lorsque on regarde la situation de l'appartement sur le plan présenté à la location, on est trompé, car le plan situe le lieu au centre de Strasbourg, près de la Cathédrale, ce qui est faux. L'appartement se situe à environ 4 kms du centre. On peut le rejoindre facilement en prenant le système P+R: tram et ticket familial qui coûte 4,10 euros pour la famille y compris le parking situé environ à 700 m de l'appartement, mais....ce n'est pas ce qui est annoncé. Pour le reste: impeccable : espace, propreté, calme, emplacement individuel pour voiture. Manque peut-être une bouilloire pour eau chaude.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Straßburg verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, schön ausgestattet und der Vermieter super nett. Er hat sich Zeit genommen, uns alles in Ruhe zu erklären und war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten (besonders die deutschen Fernsehsender haben meinem Parter gut gefallen). Die Lage ist auch sehr ruhig und wir waren ingesamt total zufrieden. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances à Strasbourg. L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé et le propriétaire est très, très sympa. Il s'est pris du temps pour nous expliquer tout. Il se montrait plein d'attentions à nos égard. Nous avons eu tout ce qu'il faut (surtout les chaînes de télévions allemandes ont plu mon partenaire). L'appartemente est situé dans un environnement calme. Bref, nous étions absolument contents et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Ruhiges Wohnviertel, dass mit Fahrrad oder Bus gut von der Stadt zu erreichen ist. Wohnung ist praktisch und gut ausgestattet. Sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter wohnt mit im Haus, d.h. kurze Wege bei Fragen oder Abstimmungen. Parken kann man im Hof oder vor dem Haus. Wir haben immer einen Platz gefunden. Auch Straßburg selbst hat uns begeistert. Wir waren täglich mit dem Rad dort unterwegs. Gutes Radwegnetz, viele Wege am Wasser entlang. Im Stadtkern sehr viele Lokale mit Aussenbestuhlung. Auch bezahlbare dabei. Herrlich. Wir haben eine erholsame und schöne Woche hier verbracht. Können wir guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen. Gabi und Frank

Der Besitzer war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Am Tag unserer Anreise hat er extra noch für uns den Grill angeschmissen. Räder konnten wir auch problemlos benutzen und den Check-Out konnten wir auch nach hinten verschieben. Das Appartement befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Zum Stadtzentrum braucht man mit dem Auto schon mindestens 10 Minuten. Aber Einkaufsgelegenheiten befinden sich in der Nähe. Wir würden immer wieder gerne kommen!

Très bel appartement, conforme à la description faite sur le site, très propre, bien chauffé ,logement spacieux, lumineux, situé dans un quartier très calme , tout en étant proche du centre ville. Nous n'avions pas de voiture lors de notre séjour et cela ne nous a posé aucun soucis car le logement est bien desservit en transport en commun, et un centre commercial est à 5mn du logement; Idéal pour un séjour en famille pour faire les touristes à Strasbourg.
