Spacious apartment with nice kitchen

cooking facilities are good, towel quality is good. Light-Blocking Curtains are good.
the mattress and pillows are too soft, so I ended up sleeping on the floor, using my airplane neck pillow instead. I barely slept last night.

スペースがあり家具が充実していた。 改善点は、クリーニング料金をはっきり宿泊料金とは別である事、6000円以上する事を最初から明記すること。客がすでに送った顔写真や申し込み書類、到着時間のメールなどをホテル側で確認する事無しに客に繰り返し同じメールを送りつける事を止めること。
