la pulizia è da migliorare; in cucina sarebbe gradito trovare dei canovacci considerando che hanno richiesto che le stoviglie siano pulite.

Accommodation in an elegant building located in a residential area convenient to all amenities. The city center is accessible by public transport.

The apartment is furnished with a lot of old furniture. The kitchen is a jigsaw puzzle, and the signs of previous furniture are visible. All the closets are cluttered with (clean?) linens and abandoned items. So, bring only a few clothes! The bathrooms were dirty and had hair in them, especially in the old shower. There wasn't even soap in all the bathrooms. In the kitchen, the refrigerator smelled bad, and the garbage can hadn't been cleaned. Some pots and pans were also unclean, and the floor was stained. The management company declines all responsibility after 24 hours of check-in, but we arrived in the evening and left early in the morning, and we didn't call them immediately. Unfortunately we had booked for 3 nights. The management company's behavior is understandable in exceptional circumstances, but the keys were handed over WITHOUT a thorough inspection because the dirt was obvious. Just look at the attached photos. Also, if you want to clean up yourself, remember that the broom is broken and there's no detergent. The Company offered us a 10% discount coupon for a next visit...but we will NEVER return.
