Disappointed but gave us shelter.

Check in and check out was very easy and convenient. Allowed for a flexible check in time. It was in a quiet area. The host was nice! Had a nice view of a mountain.

One of the bedrooms did not have a door. So no privacy. Sheets were not cleaned. (Found hair in sheets) Not nearly enough towels for the number of people booked. Was under the assumption the whole space would be ours, but it’s more of an apartment / in-law suite. So the building is shared. The photos looked like there would be a large patio and grass area to hangout in but it was not easy to know what parts of the property was private use only. The area wasn’t walkable. Thought we were booking somewhat luxury and just ended up feeling very very cheap.

Soggiorno olimpico nevoso

L’ubicazione é uno dei suoi punti forti. Lontana dalla confusione, immersa nella natura e nel silenzio. Vicina e comoda a zone di interesse culturale e naturalistico. Abbiamo soggiornato in occasione del passaggio della fiamma olimpica sul Vajont, sono state giornate molto nevose e magiche. La casa è ampia e confortevole, abbiamo soggiornato in 2 adulti e 2 ragazze e ognuno aveva i propri spazi. Casa pulita e accogliente e dotata di tantissimi comfort. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Toch wat teleurstellend verblijf in dit grote appartement. Vooral het niet schoon zijn en zelf moeten schoonmaken zorgt

- Groot appartement - Modern uitgerust (airco’s, laadpaal, 2 wasmachines, etc.) - Afgelegen ligging (kan ook een nadeel zijn) met in de verte zicht op de bergen

- Appartement was niet schoon, vloer enorm stoffig dus zelf eerst lopen vegen - Keuken was niet schoon (veel vet aanslag) dus eerst zelf moeten poetsen - Het is in de kelder van een chalet, dus weinig echt chalet (de foto’s wekken het idee dat je echt in een chalet zit, o.a. ook de foto’s van het grote stenen rood/wit tegel terras maar dat is een ander huisnummer) - Enorm vochtig, zelfs met luchtreiniger; gewassen kleding wilde binnen gewoon niet drogen - Door het vocht ook (waarschijnlijk) zwarte schimmel op muren van diverse kamers; op termijn is dat niet gezond voor de gasten - Nog een extra tip: investeer wat geld in de tuin want er stond enorm veel onkruid nu/staat enorm slordig als je aankomt Door alle bovenstaande punten (van welke de meeste ik ook al eerder heb gedeeld met de eigenaars) hebben wij het gevoel gehad teveel betaald te hebben voor wat we hebben gekregen. Prijs/kwaliteit niet zo goed. We komen hier in ieder geval niet meer terug.

Appartement très sympa mais vue pas top.

L’appartement était très confortable, très propre, très grand. 2 très grandes salles de douches, 2 machines à laver le linge. Présence d’une climatisation. Parking parfait. Il y a aussi une borne de recharge électrique. Rien à dire à ce sujet.

Procédure d’arrivée complexe, il faut payer la caution en ligne pour avoir le code d’accès à l’appartement. Il manquait le toasteur (indiqué dans le descriptif de la location), l’extérieur n’était vraiment pas beau : à notre arrivée, mauvaises herbes, pissenlits et ortis devant l’entrée et ce qui était censé être la terrasse, était petite, quasiment inexistante. Présence d’une terrasse au niveau des chambres pas très pratique pour les repas. Vue sur une scierie depuis la pièce principale. Cependant pas de nuisances sonores dues à cette scierie, juste que ce n’est pas précisé dans le descriptif. Vue montagne avec présence d’une ligne haute tension. Manque d’information pour trouver facilement la location et n’avons vu personne pour notre arrivée. Tout se fait via une procédure dématérialisée. Nous pensions être à l’étage avec la grande terrasse puisque les photos la montre. Il faudrait préciser que c’est en rez de chaussée.

Tornerò sicuramente!

La struttura mi é piaciuta moltissimo, defilata quanto basta ma comoda ai centri di Pieve e Tai di Cadore. Grazie alla sua posizione sono arrivato a Cortina in circa mezz’oretta e ho visto essere molto comoda in strada anche a diverse piste da sci! Ho potuto rilassarmi in un ambiente curato e con tutti i servizi. L’appartamento si presenta con un taglio moderno e molto attrezzato. Arrivarci é stato molto facile in quanto é bastato inserire Chalet Francesca su Google Maps. Arrivati lì c’è un cartello sulla parete della struttura che indica dove girare per il parcheggio e l’accesso. L’ingresso é nell’ampia cucina - soggiorno dotata di un comodo divano e una tv. Ci sono 2 bagni, uno più moderno dell’altro e due splendide camere molto confortevoli e silenziose con un totale di 4 posti letto, più il divano letto, niente male veramente anche perché gli spazi complessivi sono generosi e da solo mi sembrava una piccola reggia! La struttura é immersa nel verde e defilata dall’arteria principale, e all’esterno ho potuto ricaricare la mia auto plugin grazie alla comoda presa messa a disposizione gratuitamente per gli ospiti. Tante piccole attenzioni e dettagli che hanno reso l’esperienza del mio soggiorno ancora migliore. Tornerò di sicuro, ma questa volta anche in compagnia!

Rilassante.

Appartamento di recente fattura dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un buon soggiorno. La colonnina di ricarica è davvero una chicca. Posizione vicina al paese ma che mantiene la privacy e tranquillità.

I cuscini erano davvero bassi per chi come me dorme con un cuscino abbastanza alto. La cucina necessiterebbe di più utensili come pentole e bacinelle, chi pernotta in appartamento di solito tende a cucinarsi dopo una giornata in pista, soprattutto per 4\6 persone.

Appartamento fuori dal paese, tranquillissimo. Superattrezzato per cucinare, lavare. Spazioso per 4 persone perfetto.

Il materasso e i cuscini...un po freddino visto la posizione, non in piena esposizione sole, ma il riscaldamento molto efficiente, in breve tempo riscalda tutto l'appartamento.

Dolce Relax

Che bello poter leggere un buon libro circondati da un bellissimo paesaggio immersi nel verde, proprio quello di cui avevo bisogno. A piedi e in bici nei dintorni ho fatto bellissimi giri, il più vicino alla suggestiva diga del Lago di Centro Cadore, molto bella. Lo casa è molto comfortevole, camere spaziose, pulizia impeccabile e dotata di tutti i comfort per sentirsi coccolati. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Buonissimo panificio nel centro del paese, pizzerie e ristoranti a Pieve di Cadore e Tai di Cadore facilmente raggiungibili in 2 minuti di macchina. Lo consiglio, ci tornerò.
