VERY BAD STAFF SERVICE. NOT RECOMMEND
Big and nice house. Nice grill and garden. A lot of appliances.
Staff service was very poor. The lock for check in didn’t work, and it took 2 hours for the staff to come. And this lock was still not fixed when checking out. Registered as 8 people, but only 6 towels were given. Called for more towels. They said they will bring the next day, but they didn’t (they completely ignored the request). They gave so less toilet papers and trash bags. They were not enough. Sofa was dirty with sand already. The outdoor table was dirty already with some opened coke can with ants everywhere. The trampoline and swings were all dirty with spiderwebs and bugs. When i call, the lady and the guy (it was twice) didn’t speak english, and just hung up the call (only once someone could speak english but proceed to ignore our request). We are not happy with the stay mainly due to very poor staff service.

Ein sehr erholsamenes Wochenende mit ganz minimalen Abstrichen.
Schöne Lage direkt am Wasser, toller Garten und ein liebevoll ausgestattetes Haus. Tolle Küchenaustattung.
Bei der Ankunft roch es im Haus nach Abwasser. Der Geruch hielt sich leider weiter. Der Kamin ließ sich keider nicht anzünden.
