This is definitely a 10/10!

The apartment was amazing! Rooms were clean, modern and cozy. Location was great, close to everything you might want to see. Great for a group of friends or two couples. Garden was definitely a plus. Elisa was always available when we needed her.

Dear Booking, I am writing upon the return of the last booking I have made with you to Lake Como. I and the group I travelled with were highly disappointed with the service we received with regards to the accommodation. This really put a damper to our much anticipated trip. To start with, as soon as we landed I received a message from the host to say there is an issue with the water at the apartment we booked and that she will be transferring us to a different accommodation. Firstly, this disrupted our plans for that evening as we had based it around the area we had originally stayed in. As for the apartment we were placed in there were several issues we faced. Firstly, we had no shower amenities such as body wash or shampoo to wash ourselves with after a long day of travel as this was stipulated as included in our original booking. Further to this, we could not purchase any due to the time of arrival and no open shops nearby. Additionally, there was no air conditioning but two fans available. The third fan was malfunctioning which meant that part of the group suffered a very hot and uncomfortable night. Our second evening faced further disruption to our trip and our plans. The host wanted us to be back at the apartment at a particular time in order to transfer us to the original booking. This meant we had to leave our evening plans early in order to facilitate the move, which in our opinion should not have happened in the first place. Next came issues with the original apartment and the lack of resolution we faced. We understand there was a small language barrier with the host but she would often say she didn’t know when asked about particular issues. For example, there was a very strong smell of damp which did not go away for the duration of our stay. Furthermore, when asked about how to work the air conditioner she forwarded us a message to explain it’s a cooling system. This in fact did not work and our sleep suffered as a result of this.

Its perfect location close to markets made it convenient to explore the local culture and cuisine. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and boasted comfortable, highly furnished spaces. We truly felt at home and cherished every moment of our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment for anyone seeking a delightful family getaway on lake Como - it truly exceeded our expectations!!

Prima Locatie en zeer mooi afgewerkt en modern, compleet appartement

Het ventilatiesysteem werkte qua temperatuur prima, appartement bleef genoeg koel, maar door de extreme hoge luchtvochtigheid buiten in combinatie met hoge temperatuur, condenseerde het water op de vloeren. daardoor in hele appartement nat voor geruime tijd. Ander klein detail, snoei de olijfbomen eenplein beetje en je hebt ruim uitzicht op het meer, zoveel mooier!
