В доме есть все для комфортного проживания, на длительный период и даже летом когда квартира нагревается третий этаж кондиционеры за 20 минут делают комфортную для вас температуру. Хозяин лично встретил все объяснил показал, а когда мы были четвертей день на море, в те дни было очень жарко, тогда он предложил привезти воду , это было приятно с его стороны.
когда вы с маленькими детьми, не очень удобно подниматься с коляской по лестнице, с детьми на третий этаж 2 раза, а потом и после крупной покупки. Но скорее всего это не минус.
