Klein & Fein - wirklich COSY 🥰

Alles ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und die Vermieterin Frau Richter ist sehr nett. Die 25 Quadratmeter sind optimal ausgenutzt- allerdings wenig Lagerplatz. Was wunderbar ist, ist die Möglichkeit der Gartenbenutzung mit Strandkorb.

Scharbeutz ist eine Reise wert!

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung liegt optimal in der Nähe zur Ostsee. Ca. 5min Fahrweg mit dem Auto. Ebenfalls Penny, Aldi Nord und REWE zum Einkaufen sind in 3min zu erreichen mit dem Auto. Der Ostseestrand ist weitläufig, viele Geschäfte und sehr gute Restaurants vor Ort. Die Ferienwohnung ist wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Für 2 Personen reicht der Platz. Fenster sind gut isoliert, von dem Straßenlärm war nichts zu hören, da zurzeit in der Wohnsiedlung Bauarbeiten stattfinden. Super Gegend für Menschen die gerne mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs sind oder auch gerne zu Fuß ihren Weg bestreiten.

Schnuckeliges Appartement

Ein wirklich niedlich und gemütlich eingerichtetes kleines Appartement. Es war sauber und die Gastgeberin (telefonischer Kontakt) sehr freundlich. Wichtige Infos lagen auf dem Küchentisch bereit. Die Küche ist ordentlich ausgestattet.

Es ist tatsächlich sehr eng und es fehlt eindeutig der Platz/Stauraum zum Koffer auspacken. Für eine Nacht, die wir da waren, aber machbar. Das Bett bzw. die Matratze war bereits arg durchgelegen. Bettwäsche/Handtücher sind nicht im Preis enthalten, dies haben wir gegen Aufpreis nachgeordert, was aber spontan möglich war. War natürlich unser Fehler, wer lesen kann, ist klar im Vorteil. Hat dennoch den Preis für eine Nacht unverhältnismäßig hochgetrieben.
