Great location and reasonable parking options around the apartment block, which is really not a given for being this central. Apartment is spacious and spotless, the common areas are quite clean for what we were used to see in Malta when we still resided there. Kitchen is quite nice with spacious fridge regular oven and an induction stove. Appliances available to us were a toaster, microwave oven and an electric kettle for kitchen; downstairs then there is a washing machine and a clothes dryer. As the apartment is split in two floors, there are two nice balconies, one of which has a clothes rack and other one has a seating arrangement. Quite a good setup! Lidl is within a walking distance, as well as several convenience stores open until late hours.

Our only gripes were some missing essentials as well as consumables such as trash bags. We did not find any suitable knife we could use for cooking, there was only a serrated bread knife available. There is no way to prepare real coffee outside of maybe some instant with the kettle, but I would have expected at least a mokka pot or some basic capsule machine. While I am not a fan of the waste they produce, for a rental this is an appropriate and cost effective trade-off. We ended up bringing cups downstairs to Gusti bar that is right at the entrance. We could not find any cooking/frying pan, but that was a non issue for us since we always bring our own steel pan.

Brak odpowiedniej ilości produktów takich jak papier toaletowy- 3 rolki na 6 osób na 5 dni, worki na śmieci, 2szt- recykling więc każdy do czegoś innego a byliśmy tam 5 nocy w 6 osób, gąbka do naczyń-tą którą zastaliśmy ktoś już uzywał wcześniej, toster który znajduje się w mieszkanki nie działa. Na szafce RTV leży router wifi i nie można dotykać kabli bo inaczej przestanie działac (wiadomość od właściciela) byliśmy w dwójka dzieci co było praktycznie niemożliwe aby coś co jest na wysokości ich rąk i w zasięgu wzroku miało być nie ruszane. Jeśli jest problem z takim sprzętem, że coś rozłącza należałoby go naprawić lub umieścić w jakiejś szafce aby nikt tego nie "zepsuł" ponieważ naliczana jest opłata jeśli takie coś by miało miejsce. Nie mówię tu o zepsuciu sprzętu tylko o zepsuciu wifi ponieważ ruszy się kablem, absurd. A szafkach kuchennych z rzeczami pozostawionymi przez poprzednich gości, tak zakładam po ich stanie, panował duży bałagan. Jeśli jesteś nastawiony na weekendowy pobyt, lub kilku dniowy musisz liczyć się z tym, że musisz wziąć ze sobą lub kupić całą paczkę worków, gąbek, papieru toaletowego itp. W trakcie pobytu była awaria bojlera na dachu, który widać że nie był popsuty pierwszy raz, zalał on instalacje na klatce schodowej przez co nie można było korzystać z windy a było to baaardzo strome 4 piętro a my mieliśmy wózek dziecięcy.

Une très grande disponibilité de Shirlene. Nous communiquions par whatsapp durant notre séjour ce qui permettait de traduire avec google traduction. L’appartement est proche à pied de la Marina. Deux arrêts de bus ( au pied et en face de l’appartement) permettent de faire toutes les liaisons en bus sur Malte. Le gros plus, Shirlene a géré notre transport en taxi pour notre arrivée et notre départ et lorsque l’on part avec 3 enfants à 4h30 du matin c’est super appréciable.

Le fer à repasser qui a la première utilisation a fait disjoncter l’électricité 😅
