Sehr nettes Personal, vor allem Miss Lu und ihr yteam waren sehr holfsbeteit.
Die Anlage ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Der Pool ist wunderbar.

Tropische Lage
Mussten Unterkunft wechseln, da Pool Pumpe und Wasserfall nicht funktionierte. Ebenfalls musste das Personal einen Schrank reinigen weil alte Weinflaschen explodiert waren. Und es hatte gestunken. Nach dem Umzug war die zweite Villa total abgewohnt. Bilder vorhanden.

Private villa, amazing atmosphere and luxury amenities.
The one thing I would note was that there wasn’t any toilet paper or hand soaps in any of the bathrooms. But there was a bidet and we used the little bottles of body wash/shampoo that were for the showers instead.

Pool and bed comfortable
The host withheld our room number causing a delayed check-in of an hour. We waited for his response but security wouldn’t let us through otherwise.
Throughout our stay, he persistently pestered us with repeated and confusing messages and asked questions that holidaymakers shouldn’t be worrying about.
Furthermore, there was no cleaning taking place during 6 days (we were told cleaner would come)
For 1 day, the water disappeared completely and we had to ask for maintenance
