Localização. Próximo a praia, restaurantes e barracas.
A casa tem uma boa estrutura, porém está faltando manutenção. Parece que passou meses fechada. Quando abrimos a porta sentimos logo um cheiro de mofo. A casa estava empoeirada e com teias de aranha. A rua está em reforma o lixo se acumulou na frente do condomínio.
