It’s a beautiful, very spacious apartment within easy walking distance of the Nancy old town. It has its own private garden, a very handy laundry room, dishwasher and two sitting areas plus dining area. Our host was very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and shops. Worth booking for at least 3 days to enjoy the apartment and all the Art Nouveau treasures that Nancy has to offer (get a map from the tourist office at Place Stanislas with several marked trails to follow).

Luxueus, 5 minuten van het centrum
De tuinman en de schoonmaker zijn waarschijnlijk op sabbatical. Dikke lagen stof, het zitje buiten is compleet overwoekerd en in geen tijden schoongemaakt. De afvoer van het bad en douche zijn lek dus alle handdoeken en badjassen waren nodig om het water tegen te houden. Jammer dat het zo is verslonsd. Een beetje TLC zou wonderen doen. Contact gehad met de eigenaar en die ‘gaat er naar kijken’

Die Unterkunft war ein absoluter Traum. Super Lage, privater Garten, sicherer Ort für das Auto direkt vor der Tür mit unkompliziertem Zutritt und eine sehr schöne, geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Die Gastgeberin hat sogar ein kleines Willkommens-Präsent für unseren Hund bereit gelegt.
Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau und eher als Verbesserungsvorschläge zu verstehen wenn man gerne eine Küche benutzt: Die Pfannen waren etwas älter und zerkratzt. Es gab kein Haushaltspapier und keine wirklich scharfen Messer. Es gab keinen frischen Schwamm für den Abwasch. Der WC-Deckel schliesst laut.

The place is really nicely decorated and large! There's a big fridge with ice maker. It has a free onsite parking spot available too, which is always great and not always easy to come by.
The toilet is completely separate from the showers, bathroom sinks, and spa tub which are located in the bedroom space. There was a water leak under the restroom sink as well as from the tub. When the jets go on in the tub, it can cause water to spray out everywhere. This was clearly an ongoing issue as noted by the messed up wood, sheet rock, and water stains. Only the sleeping space was air conditioned, none of the rest of the house is.
