There was nothing not to like

The apartment is nestled in a calm and quiet neighborhood, yet it’s perfectly situated for easy access to Chania’s city center. It also serves as an excellent base for exploring the island’s beautiful hiking trails—especially if you’re traveling by car. A Lidl supermarket is conveniently just a 4-minute drive away, making it easy to pick up everything you might need during your stay. One absolute must-visit is COUCOU bakery—the team is incredibly friendly, and their Cappuccino and especially pastries are simply outstanding. The apartment itself was wonderfully comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed: fresh towels, pool towels, slippers, a fully stocked kitchen, a Nespresso machine, and more. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had a deeply relaxing stay, made even more special by Iakovos, who was the perfect host—warm, welcoming, always available for questions, and genuinely kind. A special highlight was the welcome wine from a local winery, which was such a lovely and thoughtful touch. Thank you again, Iakovos, for such a memorable stay!

We hebben 3 dagen heerlijke tijd gehad. We kwamen laat aan ; sleutelprocedure ging vlekkeloos, koelkast gevuld en ook een eerst ontbijtje stond klaar. Zwembad was nog wat koud maar dat was het weer ook! Fijn appartement; zeker nog eens te boeken

The location was even more beautiful than the pictures. The unit was spotless, the beds were comfy. The pillows were “ok,” but pillows are always the hard part, even at home. 🤣. The only thing that I wish we had known in advance was that taxis are not really available for this location. We ended up having to rent a car. Not a big deal, but the owner might want to add a recommendation to his listing about figuring out the bus system before arrival or renting a car while staying in this unit.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. It was a perfect unit.
