Het feit dat de accommodatie in een oud gebouw (voorheen een paleis) is gevestigd.

Accomodatie is lastig bereikbaar met de auto (smalle straatjes) ligt in het oudere (armere) stadsdeel, straten en huizen worden wel opgeknapt. Hond van de buren blafte veel overdag.

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung (1 Doppel-und 2 Einzelbetten) und ist sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, trotz der Nähe zur Innenstadt. Dank der Klimaanlage ist es auch im Sommer sehr angenehm in der Wohnung. Die Mitarbeiter der Agentur sind sehr freundlich und sehr reaktiv. Ein Problem mit dem Internet wurde schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Insbesondere hat uns gut gefallen, dass man zu Fuß in 10min in der Innenstadt ist. Nur einen Parkplatz gibt es nicht. Aber ca 5-10 min fußläufig entfernt gibt es kostenlose Parkzonen. Zum Ausladen kann man bis an die Wohnung fahren.

Nichts. Wer sich abends draußen aufhalten möchte, kann dies in einer der vielen Tapas-Bars in der Innenstadt tun.

El apartamento era muy amplio y completamente equipado, terminamos encantados con el personal, la atención y en general la estancia durante los 5 días. No nos falto de nada y superó nuestras expectativas en cuanto a la comodidad! Además nos dejaron quedarnos una hora más para el check out ya que estábamos en temporada de feria y se nos alargó un poco la noche anterior!

Para llegar al apartamento tuvimos que dejar el coche a unos 10 minutos andando ya que se rodea de zonas de residentes o azules, pero no tuvimos problemas más allá de eso.

It was very unusual. It was clean and in a great location.

This property could have been fabulous with a few bits done to it. The bathroom was damp with paint flaking off the walls. The paintwork in general needed refreshing. The kitchen woodwork needed repainting and the bathroom fan was so loud it woke you up if someone was using the bathroom at night. It was expensive.
