6 person holiday home in Vemb-By Traum

Location, blissfully rural & quiet. Lots of birdsong; we watched swallows feeding their chicks; deer nibbling along the hedge; mole making molehills across the lawn; even a racoon dog/marhund! The chalet is light & airy. It would be a great place for families & young children.

Bedding - the pillows & mattress toppers were old, stained and generally yuk. DanCentre communications - a bit stressful. There were lots of emails reminding us of this & that (fair enough) but we didn't realise that we'd need our own toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets etc. But mainly it was the meter readings. Meter readings water, elec - all OK sending opening readings. Closing readings - none of the links worked, all telephone responses were automated & instructed us back to the links that didn't work. After an hour of trying, we did find a way. But by then we were close to the 10.00am deadline and getting worried.
