La ubicació permet que sigui el punt de partida per viatjar a molts dels llocs d’interès en un màx. 1-2h en cotxe. Té tots els serveis necessaris a 5 minuts a peu: un supermercat, restaurants, un forn de pa, etc.
Tot i que les instal.lacions i mobiliaris són correctes, li faltaria ja una renovació i uns ajustos en alguns dels armaris de la cuina perquè tanquin bé de manera ràpida i sencilla, la mampara de la dutxa que perdia una mica d’aigua per sota i la neteja en general podria estar millor, ja que hi havia algo de pols acumulada en alguns racons.

Das Häuschen war gemütlich und hatte alles, was man braucht. Der dazugehörige Garten und Sitzplatz waren wunderbar. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und gab uns viele Infos.

De eigenaar ontving ons erg vriendelijk en liet trots ons chalet zien, vertelde veel ook over de omgeving. Mooi plekje en overal dicht bij station, winkels, speeltuin
De accommodatie heeft potentie en is op het eerste gezicht gezellig ingericht. Wel vonden wij dat het geheel wat verouderd oogde en dat onderhoud op meerdere punten aandacht verdient, met name op de boven verdieping. Er waren behoorlijk wat spinnenwebben aanwezig(die niet van 1 dag waren) die wij zelf hebben verwijderd, terwijl aangegeven werd dat er schoonmaak aanwezig is.
