Тепла підлога, чиста постільна білизна, міні-кухня, простора ванна. Розташування прекрасне, в мальовничому парку, навколо тиша і природа. Поряд ресторан Бегервар зі смачними закарпатськими стравами за помірними цінами. Працював спортивний басейн, вхід лише 100 гривень.
Рушники були сіруватого кольору, варто замінити на нові.
