Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Sehr viele hilfreiche Informationen. Sehr unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Sehr gross, sauber und sicher. Perfekte Lage für Ausflüge in den Harz.

Wir bekamen alternativ eine andere FeWo, die Lage war dadurch besser/zentraler, trotzdem ruhig. Kontakt war freundlich und unkompliziert. Größe und Ausstattung sind modern und gepflegt, angenehme Atmosphäre. Tolles Fachwerkhaus, Wohnung wurde kürzlich saniert.
Kleine Mängel können mit wenig Aufwand behoben werden.

Die Lage ist ganz gut: Ruhig und trotzdem einigermaßen zentral. Der Checkin war erst zwei Stunden später als bei Booking.com angegeben möglich, also erst um 19 Uhr. Auf unsere Frage nach einem Preisnachlass als Entschädigung bekamen wir keine Antwort.  In einem der drei Schlafzimmer funktioniert die Heizung nicht - dort war es daher extrem kalt.  Sämtliche Gläser und einige Teller im Schrank waren ziemlich schmutzig, im Backofen war benutztes, sehr dreckiges Backpapier.  Das fensterlose Bad hat keine funktionierende Lüftung. Entgegen der Beschreibung gab es keinen Föhn.
