The location was great and we had comfortable stay the houses in holiday village make it feel homely we enjoyed the stay in sandcastle was very clean on arrival so clean team work well
Needs little updating new sofa bed the sofa was very tired looking and ripped defo need hoover I was goin round with small shuffle and brush no big brush either needs instructions on how to use washing and drier especially for non technical guest like myself

Would be useful to have instructions for appliances eg washing machine. Tried to “ google” but model not available. However we were only there for a short stay so wasn’t a massive problem. Maybe include instructions or hyperlink in app to assist.

The house was ideal and handy for all the facilities in the bay. We were also provided with a small welcome pack which was a nice touch. Also Anthony from anchor bay was only a call away if any help needed.
Everything was great nothing we didn't like. The house was situated very close the leisure facilities, restaurant and pub. Short walk to the beach also which was a plus

This property does not have accessible showers or bath. Some form of rail would have been good
