Vivienda súper amplia con todo lo necesario. Limpia. Silenciosa. Gran terraza. Mejor de lo esperado. La recomendaremos.
El edificio en el que se encuentra (la entrada) tiene mal aspecto. Pero nada que ver con lo que encuentras luego. El piso está muy bien.

El alojamiento es amplio y muy bien ubicado, con una estupenda terraza que hace que sea muy agradable disfrutarlo. Muy buen recibimiento con fruta y dulces típicos, como cortesía de la anfitriona . ,que agradecimos mucho.
Por decir algo que podría mejorarse son los revestimientos de las paredes de las duchas

sehr großes Apartment mit bestens ausgestatteter Küche inlusive Waschmaschine und Trockner, großer Bslkon mit Meerblick und Sicht auf Gomera und Tenriffa, sehr zentral für Valverde mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten.

La casa está bien y limpia. Tiene todo lo necesario para poder estar a gusto. Pero la ubicación tiene sus pros y sus contras: muy buen sitio, pero mucho ruido alrededor que no permite descansar (un restaurante debajo en el que no dejan de mover muebles y un pub discoteca enfrente).
La casa estaba helada cuando llegamos, unos 16 grados, y la ciudad es fría, podían haberla caldeado un poco anteriormente. Uno de los baños tenía muchas humedades en la pared de la ducha.
