This is a spacious apartment, with an excellent underground car park, in an extremely convenient location for access to the trains, cogwheel train, Lidls and an easy walk into town. The living space is well-laid out with separate dining and seating areas. The kitchen has an oven, microwave and electric hob, plus plenty of storage space for groceries if you move items around a little. The second bathroom is a bit small for a shared facility between two bedrooms, whilst the master en-suite is enormous. We appreciated the generous stock of dishwasher tablets and toilet paper too.
The twin/ double bedded rooms are the traditional Austrian- Germanic tradition of separate beds pushed together with single duvets. The staff were very flexible around our slightly early arrival and late departure.
We needed more pans, as we were a mixed group of omnivores and vegetarians and we also lacked oven gloves.

Excellent location for the ski lifts and for the rest of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Lidl is also very close by.
The actual accommodation itself is exceptional, and very comfortable - if anything, it was too warm inside!
Given that we arrived very late, it would have been nice if there had been some basic groceries provided, which is something I've experienced elsewhere. For example, bread, butter, milk, eggs etc.
Also, the washer/dryer was hard to open after a wash, and some English instructions would have been nice.
The third bedroom with the sofabed could have one with a small bedside table on the right-hand side of the sofabed, with a small table lamp.
These are extremely minor quibbles though, and didn't detract from the overall experience.
