The room is located near a central street filled with shops and restaurants.

When it rained, water leaked into the apartment.

We love the hotel room and hotel and it's location.. Just at the heart of binjiandao, made all our work so easy..and the rooms are super comfy and we had the best sleep in our tour on that bed. 😊 and the most attractive icon is the electric commode 🤪

We loved all about it.if reception staff is more fluent in english, would have been better.but they are so helpful

Good location, only a few minutes walk from Lujiakou metro station and right next to the walking street and a big shopping mall. The staff were very helpful. The gym and laundry room were both very handy. The pillows were excellent too! We even purchased one after our stay.

The noise cancellation was not good. You could hear the other guests. One morning we were waken up by the noises made by the nearly construction site.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The location is right at the city center. The room is very comfortable, especially the pillow, bed, and blanket. But the most valuable part are the staff. Everyone has been super nice. The front desk staff help me to take deliveries and take-out orders. The cleaning staff take very good care of everything. The laundry room and gym are always clean and ready. The nightly free snack session is a very nice touch.

It will be great if there could be a mini safe in the room. And maybe a microwave in the common area. The front desk staff has helped me to warm things up, but I don't want to bother them all the time.
