We loved this place. The view was amazing, location was excellent, so calm but also so close to lake Toya. The room is very big and comfortable. Very well equipped and lit. We felt at home and wished we could stay longer.

Wake up in the morning with the great lake toya view. Clean and comfortable.
The jacuzzi in the room was not functioning.

The room is spacious and well equipped with amenities. Separate toilet and bathroom is much appreciated. We had a beautiful view of the lake and we could watch the fireworks from our rooms.
Lack of eateries near the hotel . Nonetheless had nice Hokkaido ice cream n dinner at the LakeHill farm.

Room size, and the new room. Lakeview was pretty
No amenities. Only thing was a common little kitchen area with a drinks dispenser and a microwave.
Very far from everything, with no restaurants nearby.
Hotel looked like it was still being built externally, though the interior was done.
