The room is spacious and well equipped with amenities. Separate toilet and bathroom is much appreciated. We had a beautiful view of the lake and we could watch the fireworks from our rooms.
Lack of eateries near the hotel . Nonetheless had nice Hokkaido ice cream n dinner at the LakeHill farm.

Quiet location, great view over Lake Toya.
Just a small inconvenience that our shoes need to deposit at the entrance locker and wear their slippers to the room.

It was a beautiful view of the lake. The employee was extremely kind.
The wifi didn't work in our room, I informed the front desk and they said they would pass the feedback along, but the issue was never solved.

Room size, and the new room. Lakeview was pretty
No amenities. Only thing was a common little kitchen area with a drinks dispenser and a microwave. Very far from everything, with no restaurants nearby. Hotel looked like it was still being built externally, though the interior was done.
