Rozy's Cozy Beachfront Apartment

Communication from the host was fantastic. We have previously stayed here and the service received was exceptional. Luna catered for all our needs and Annie & Dylan looked after us providing 1st class service. The rooms were large and all facilities on site are 5 star. We will return again next year and we highly recommend staying here. Breakfast id not provided but can be purchased from the dining area on the 2nd level (About $10 AUD for a western breakfast) and the food was excellent. Thanks again Luna for your help with everything and we look forward to seeing you again next year.

We could have stayed longer. There is plenty to do in Nha Trang and we will stay longer next year.

Spacious apartment with good views of the sea and the city and hills behind. Very helpful agent. Use of nice pool on level 2. Good location. Very Happy with choosing this apartment for 1 week in Nha Trang (room 714)

Wifi would cut-off for hours at a time.

We were upgraded free of charge after the first night to a different unit -- larger, and further up the building -- in response to a couple of problems on arrival. We didn't seek the upgrade, but it was very nice to have, and the new apartment was enormous, and well kitted-out. We found everyone we dealt with very helpful and accommodating, including the door staff (I am disabled and need help in and out of my wheelchair). Apartment was very clean, and the view (the beach) was fantastic. This was our second stay at the Costa Nha Trang and in aggregate it was even better than the first. Thanks to Serein for her kindness, helpfulness and efficiency in anticipating our needs during our stay.

Travelling with a wheelchair in Vietnam is fairly difficult in general, but Nha Trang is better than most places: it is flat and the seafront promenade has made some accommodations (like ramps) that make it a little easier. I chose the Costa because previous experience taught me that it was relatively easy to navigate in a chair. Than said, not all bathroom doorways were wide enough for it (my fault, as my chair is powered and 4cm wider than standard manual width). There were also no grab bars, bathing chairs etc., and the surfaces prevented me from mounting my own suction-cup grab bars. That said, I have never found a fully-equipped disabled bathroom in Vietnam, and Zoom Apartments do better than most.
